The Union County Commissioners consolidated several County Agencies into a newly renovated building in downtown Marysville, Ohio. The departments involved included:

• Juvenile Probation Offices
• Coroner’s Office
• Detectives Division of the Union County Sheriff’s Department
• Clerk of Courts
• Archives
• Evidence Room
• SWAT Operation Planning Center

MyOfficeDesign.com provided all Design, Specifying and Installation of the furnishings. This included 22 Private Offices, 20 Open Workstations, 4 Conference/Training Rooms and several other areas. They successfully utilized Government Purchasing Contracts from several companies to provide Union County the best possible mixture of products, pricing and value. MyOfficeDesign.com had the experience and knowledge to make adjustments as the project changed and they were able to save the County money even after the Purchase order was issued.

Welcome to TRIAD TECHNOLOGIES

Triad Technologies went through a facility relocation project to expand their operations. Triad joined forces with My Office Design.com to complete the office portion of the relocation. The office relocation moved a 6,000 square feet office area into a 14,000 square feet area consisting of 25 office work stations, 7 private offices, 4 conference rooms, and a training room where all furniture was new except 4 private offices and 1 conference room.

MARION MUNICIPAL COURT, Marion Ohio

When Marion Municipal Court needed to improve security measures and maximize their existing work space they contracted with MyOfficeDesign.com. The project included a floor-to-ceiling wall system to provide better security and workstations designed for maximum storage and visibility of the entire space. The new design has a smaller overall footprint with more storage and allows for each worker to view the front service counter.

Due to the nature of the Municipal Court’s business there was no "Good Time" to close for installation. Therefore the installation of 13 workstations took place overnight and the Staff was able to start moving in the morning. The overnight installation service was provided at no additional charge to the Client.

My Office Design’s space plan and layout utilized storage towers, keyboard trays, monitor arms and CPU holders all to free-up the worksurface. This approach allowed each worker to see the entire department and gain a more functional work area in less square footage.
